LÓGICA DO ENSINO X LÓGICA DA APRENDIZAGEM

A lógica da educação, desde Confúcio em 500 a.C., parece estar errada.

Prioriza-se o ENSINO e não a APRENDIZAGEM.

Ainda chamamos de IES (Instituição de ENSINO Superior) e depois criticamos alunos e colaboradores que não querem pensar e sim estar "presentes" para receber o certificado.

Estes, sem dúvida, serão facilmente substituídos por tecnologia com Inteligência Artificial (mais barata e mais produtiva).

Agora, fazer conexões não óbvias, melhorias estratégicas no processo, PENSAR E AGIR para a lucratividade sustentável.... Estes sim terão uma jornada mais longa (por enquanto).

The logic of education, since Confucius in 500 BC, seems to be wrong.

The priority is TEACHING and not LEARNING.

We still call it an IES (Higher Education Institution) and then criticize students and employees who do not want to think but rather be "present" to receive the certificate.

These, without a doubt, will be easily replaced by technology with Artificial Intelligence (cheaper and more productive).

Now, making non-obvious connections, strategic improvements in the process, THINKING AND ACTING for sustainable profitability... These will have a longer journey.

Aprender deve ser uma ação diária em sua empresa.

Podemos aprender algo novo e fora dos nossos conhecimentos OU podemos aprimorar o que já conhecemos. 

Recomendo que em sua empresa você incentive os dois.

Não precisa complicar, aprender pode ser algo lúdico e lucrativo.

Learning should be a daily activity in your company.

A crítica pode vir de forma inapropriada MAS é sua obrigação "afofar" e entender que oportunidade de melhoria você tem.

É bobagem achar que o seu jeito é a melhor forma de fazer. Lembres-se que até pode ser mas pra você. Os outros podem pensar e agir diferente e quererem de forma diferente então, NÃO SURTA MAS ESCUTA!

Criticism may come in an inappropriate way BUT it is your obligation to "soften up" and understand what opportunities for improvement you have.

It is foolish to think that your way is the best way to do things. Remember that it may even be better for you. Others may think and act differently and want differently, so DON'T FREAK OUT BUT LISTEN!

ESTILOS DE APRENDIZAGEM

Não é um post sobre insetos.

O que é ensinado e, na maioria das vezes aprendido, é sobre o que se espera como resultado final.

Se toda aranha for treinada para comer moscas e, as moscas para evitarem as aranhas, o sistema colapsa.

E mais, nenhuma das partes (nem a aranha e nem a mosca) ficarão satisfeitas, pois há outros insetos a serem comidos e outros predadores.

Chamo atenção aqui da FALTA DE INOVAÇÃO E CRIATIVIDADE nos currículos e cursos tradicionais.

Professores, alunos, coordenadores e RH insistem em ensinar O QUE fazer e não à pensar de forma divergente e, com técnicas para gerar produtividade e lucratividade.

This is not a post about insects.

What is taught and, most of the time, learned, is about what is expected as a final result.

If every spider is trained to eat flies and the flies to avoid the spiders, the system collapses.

What's more, neither party (neither the spider nor the fly) will be satisfied, because there are other insects to be eaten and other predators.

I would like to draw attention here to the LACK OF INNOVATION AND CREATIVITY in traditional curricula and courses.

Teachers, students, coordinators and HR insist on teaching WHAT to do and not how to think divergently and with techniques to generate productivity and profitability.
